Sales Terms and Conditions:
1. By placing an order, you agree you have read and will abide by all terms and condtions stated.
2. All parts have 30 day limited warranty. All OEM CPUs have DOA warranty only. No exceptions.
3. No returns or warranty repairs without original invoice.
4. No returns after 7 days. Exchange or store credit only.
5. After 7 days, exchange for equal item only if defective and within 30 days of original invoice.
6. No exchange on products after 30 days. Manufacturer replacement only or discount on replacement products may be available.
7. No returns or exchanges on software or consumables ( tapes, disks, ink, etc.).
8. No returns on any merchandise that is damaged or incomplete. All returns must be in original saleable condition!
9. No refunds on labor or freight. NO EXCEPTIONS! Customer will be responsible for ALL freight/shipping charges for any and ALL returns/exchanges, regardless if defective or not.
10. All shortages or damages must be reported within 48 hours from receipt of merchandise.
11. NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ON COMPUTER SYSTEMS FOR ANY REASON. WARRANTY REPAIR ONLY. NO EXCEPTIONS!
12. New CompuSave Branded systems have 1 year limited warranty on hardware ONLY unless otherwise stated in writing. Software issues are not part of warranty and labor charges WILL APPLY to any repairs needed due to software errors including but not limited to viruses and malware.
13. Used and Rebuilt Systems have a 30 day limited warranty on hardware ONLY unless otherwise stated in writing. Software issues are not part of warranty and labor charges WILL APPLY to any repairs needed due to software errors including but not limited to viruses and malware.
14. Manufacturer direct warranties are handled directly by the manufacturer. CompuSave Inc cannot guarantee manufacturers honoring their warranties or not. Customer assumes all responsibilities of dealing with the manufacturer directly and abiding by their decisions.
15. There will be a mandatore 10 day hold on ALL orders paid by personal or company check.
16. A 75% NONREFUNDABLE downpayment required on all special orders.
17. PayPal is our preferred method of payment for all orders.
18. WE ONLY SHIP TO VERIFIED ADDRESSES!! THE SHIPPING ADDRESS MUST BE 'VERIFIED' WITH PAYPAL OR YOUR ORDER WILL BE CANCELLED.
19. We do not accept credit card orders by phone!!
Shipping and Handling:
1. Fedex is CompuSave Inc.'s preferred carrier.
2. All shipping weights rounded to whole numbers (i.e. 5.2lb = 6lb).
3. Please contact us if you require special shipping arrangements so we can provide you with a shipping quote. We will need to send a new bill through PayPal with the correct charges to include adjustments to shipping. Your credit card will not be billed until agreement is reached and invoice has been paid through PayPal.
4. If you wish to pick your order up, please state so in the notes section of the order or email us at sales@compusave.net after placing the order so we can process your order inhouse and remove the shipping charges. There will be a $3.00 handling fee to all orders placed online and picked up in our store to cover pulling the items off the shelves and getting the order ready for pick up.
5. CompuSave Inc. is not responsible for damage caused by the shipping carrier(s). Customer assumes all responsibilities of filing damage claims with the shipping carrier themselves! NO EXCEPTIONS!
Privacy Policy:
1. CompuSave Inc. does not rent, trade, loan, or sell your personal information, or any other information which may identify you, to third parties.
2. We collect personal information (name, email address, credit card information, address, and phone number) only to bill and ship your orders.
